To qualify an opportunity under the Deal Registration program a partner must:
• Register with WatchGuard in accordance with the attached deal registration form and terms and conditions.  
• This means that details of the project must be provided, along with reasons why the partner is seeking Deal Registration.
• Demonstrate a good working relationship with the prospect or account and provide contact names and details
• An estimated close date for the project in accordance with the 45 day time frame
