Many enterprises are turning to collaboration technologies and services to connect more effectively with business partners, suppliers, customers and internally. They are leveraging new collaboration to efficiently grow their business in the recession.
A recent survey had 97%* of workers regularly using at least one collaboration application and the average enterprise using at least nine. Typically these were web conferencing, web-based email, social networking and social media sites. Usage was primarily for professional networking, research, and personal use.
