Install Preparation
A personalised Installation Template Document that assists in the gathering and documentation of critical information.

Test Plan
A personalised test plan covering the key F5 components

Fundamentals Assist
A one hour conference call with an F5 Engineering Consultant to ensure the project is on track and any potential issues are identified early in the project.

Advanced Function Assist
A one hour conference call with an F5 engineering consultant to ensure the project understands any advanced functions being implemented, their capability and how they can be used effectively.

Go-Live Preparation
A Go-Live preparation plan is developed taking into account the transition and defining a back-out strategy.
