F5 offers two Rapid RMA service levels: Next Business Day and 24x7x4-hour RMA delivery services. Customers with active Standard and Premium maintenance contracts are eligible to purchase these new services.

What exactly does the customer receive by purchasing Rapid RMA Services?
NEXT BUSINESS DAY SERVICE FEATURES:
- Available across Australia and New Zealand
- F5 will deliver a replacement appliance that matches the customer's appliance (as per F5's records) the next business day after F5 has authorised the RMA.
- Product troubleshooting with F5 Customer Support is a prerequisite to F5 RMA Request approvals.
4-HOUR 24X7 SERVICE FEATURES
- Initially available in Australia (Sydney and Melbourne) and Singapore from 1 July 2007. The service coverage area may expand based on custumer demand. If a customer requires this service outside of the initial locations, please contact F5.
- F5 will deliver a replacement appliance that matches the customers appliance (as per F5's records) within 4 hours of F5 authorising the RMA.
- Product trouble shooting with F5 Customer Support is a prerequisite to F5 RMA Request approvals.
