Firewall Systems understands the critical nature of your customers’ IT security products and have developed a unique advance replacement service to suit. FireBlanket covers your customers in the event that the hardware defending their network fails. The FireBlanket service is a delivery only service designed to be used in conjunction with your standard vendor product maintenance. Standard vendor warranty often can take days to deliver you a replacement product. If you suspect your product has a hardware fault you will firstly contact your vendor to organise an RMA number.
Once you provide us the RMA number we will ship a replacement product to you and organise the pickup of the faulty unit. Contact details are on the Fireblanket form.
Our standard service is next business day for Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas and best effort for the rest of Australia. Extended hour contracts are also available such as 24x7x4 for selected areas and products.
