Pre-Configuration
This installation service provides for a configuration to be put into the unit prior to leaving the Firewall Systems warehouse. A Firewall Systems network consultant will be responsible for the preparation based on the information provided by the customer in the install check list.

This service covers:

                                      • WatchGuard Edge units
                                      • WatchGuard Core units

Basic
This service includes the establishment of basic network connectivity, routing rules and firewall policy for a single firewall unit. A FIREWALL SYSTEMS network consultant will be onsite for up to 5 hours to complete the works described in the section below entitled "Deliverables".

This service covers:

                                  • WatchGuard Edge Units
                                  • WatchGuard Core Units

Advanced
This service includes establishment of advanced network connectivity, routing rules and firewall policy for a single firewall unit. A FIREWALL SYSTEMS network consultant will be onsite for up to 12 hours to complete the works described in the section below entitled "Deliverables".

This service covers:

                                 • All WatchGuard Edge, Core and Peak units
