Basic Scope of Works: This service is primarily aimed at new Clearswift customers and not at MIMEsweeper for SMTP/Web customers upgrading to Clearswift’s Appliance. Upgrading customers should request the Clearswift Appliance Installation Advanced Cope of works.

Advanced Scope of Works: This service is for the installation and deployment of Clearswift’s Email or Web Appliance(s) using either the Clearswift default policy or a customised policy required by the customer. The physical unit(s) can be either hardware (Clearswift or customer provided) or deployed in a supported Virtual Machine.
