Creative credit options to enable responsible security implementations

At Firewall Systems our credit policy is managed on an account-by-account basis. We recognise that providing you with a line of credit is not always enough to ensure you maximise your business opportunities. Even if you’re one of our smaller customers, we’ll actively assist your growth by implementing creative credit strategies that let you maximize your purchasing power.

Solid financial backing
Firewall Systems has the financial backing to provide security for even the largest of deals.

Solid credit policy & simple administrative process
We obtain independent assessment of all credit applications to compliment our own expertise in managing your credit account. We are sensitive in the management of credit approvals and limits and we schedule regular follow-up with our customers to ensure our terms and limits are satisfactory. We also offer prompt/early settlement discounts and accept credit card settlements.
Firewall Systems doesn’t have a minimum order size and there are no administration fees for small orders. We also don’t require you to consolidate your orders, nor do you have to commit to a minimum monthly or quarterly spend. We have a forty-eight hour turnaround of credit applications and can invoice in a variety of currencies (e.g. AUD, USD and NZD) as required.

FireFunds leasing solutions
As a Firewall Systems customer you can now offer your customers a flexible and competitive leasing solution. We arrange multi-tiered finance for all levels of business clients – from sole traders through to large corporations and government entities.  FireFunds packages the entire technology transaction – hardware, software and related service components such as installation, consulting and training - into one single operating expense. Paid monthly by your customer. But you get the financial reward up front.

Customised Finance Options

• Fee-for-service: where our resellers can source products in excess of their available credit by facilitating a deal directly between their customers and Firewall Systems, while retaining their margin as a fee paid by Firewall Systems for service. Must be a vendor approved transaction.
• Just-in-time dispatch – where a reseller orders (and reserves product) in excess of the existing credit limit. Product is held in Firewall Systems’ warehouse and is rolled out to the end-user in a timetable to best and most efficiently utilise the credit limit.
• Rental opportunities and demonstration rentals – for limited product ranges where it makes sense.
