Education is a core service that Firewall Systems offers to resellers. Our training services are designed to pass on to our channel partners the depth of expert knowledge required to advise customers on products, services and technology trends. Our partners benefi t from a range of education programs including hands-on workshops and demonstrations in a simulation laboratory. Firewall Systems trains reseller staff using live applications within various data and systems scenarios. We also take training directly to our resellers and endusers in the form of road shows, seminars and technology exhibitions in partnership with our vendors.

The nature of our business requires us to be up to the minute on current and impending security issues and our resellers are assured of receiving everything they need to find creative solutions for demanding customers. Our SmokeSignal™ regular email updates are designed to achieve just that.

FireChief™ vendor-certification initiatives
We are Australia’s only WatchGuard Certified Training Partner and we continue to negotiate further opportunities to localise vendor certifi cation training for all the technologies we represent.
