FireFunds™ Finance Options

Our goal is to enable resellers to win business where they normally couldn’t fund. To achieve this we offer:

  • Managed credit facilities and extended warranty options
  • Fee for service, where a reseller can source in excess of their existing credit limits
  • Just-in-time dispatch, where a reseller orders (and reserves product) in excess of the existing credit limit. Product is held in the Firewall Systems warehouse and is delivered to the end-user to make most efficient use of credit limit
  • Outsourced finance packages including operating lease, finance lease, copy/print plans, usage-based plans, commercial asset purchase and rental lease opportunities
  • Track and monitor finance solutions through FireStation web interface.

Customer assurance

Our customer support team is employed to maximise the satisfaction of all channel partners and their customers. Our site trials, stock demonstrations and expert support are supplied for as long as it takes to ensure that the customer purchases the most appropriate solution. Every product sold includes 30 days telephone and email support. Our customers can select from a range of further and ongoing support plans based on hourly bundles.
