Firewall Systems product specialists and engineers work closely with channel partners to provide optimal threat management solutions for end users. Each technical request from a reseller is analysed for technology requirements. Because we operate multi-vendor, multi-platform laboratories, engineers are able to simulate many different situations in order to devise quick solutions for resellers. After a threat management solution has been designed and implemented, systems engineers assist with troubleshooting, upgrades and fault management.

FireProof™ Vulnerability Management Services

Our state-of-the-art Vulnerability Management Services will expose any system vulnerabilities through detailed analysis, penetration and reporting. We remotely evaluate internet-enabled servers and appliances (including web, mail and application servers), firewalls, IDS, switches and routers in order to expose network vulnerabilities and potential exploits by providing a hacker’s perspective of the system. Our resellers can then offer threat management solutions for exposed weaknesses and security holes.

FireProof™ Logistics

FireProof™ Logistics is our comprehensive technology preparation program for management and configuration of all hardware and software for the end-user. Devices can be configured, tested and delivered anywhere in Australia within 48 hours.

FireBlanket™

Firewall Systems understands the critical nature of your customers’ IT security products and have developed a unique advance replacement service to suit. FireBlanket covers your customers in the event that the hardware defending their network fails. The FireBlanket service is delivered in one of two ways depending on the vendor product that is covered.

  • We ship a replacement product to the end customer; or
  • We ship a loan unit that the customer can use until their replacement from overseas arrives

Either way, we collect the faulty unit and return it on behalf of the customer to the manufacturer. Our standard service is next business day for Sydney and Melbourne metropolitan areas and best effort for the rest of Australia. Extended hour contracts are also available.

On selected products we also store the configuration of the security product on a weekly basis and download the configuration to the unit before shipping to the customer.

FireWatch™ Lifetime Bundles

Our FireWatch™ offerings include managed services such as policy tuning (post design); configuration and instalment; vulnerability assessment, monitoring and management; remote monitoring; technology maintenance; version control; upgrades and updates; plus comprehensive reporting and ongoing assessment of deployments by security experts.

These services are only available through our reseller partners and are developed in association with our vendors to ensure the technology we distribute is never a passive option but a live, continuous, complete IT threat management solution.
